lets talk about it, and how im trying to avoid it… being fat that is… i have to admit, i've been seriously slacking in the diet and exercise department, but i'm happy to report that i am seriously getting back on that horse! while i know this is going to take some serious commitment and probably more mental perseverance than it takes Fergie to not pee her pants on stage… i think ready! i am saying goodbye to the days of just thinking about the gym and how i would put on a pair of tennis shoes and a sports bra and then end up taking a nap in them, just to feel them out. on a few occasions, i may have even driven to the gym and ended up at the tanning salon instead. i worked out 4 out of 7 days last week and 3 out of 7 the week before that, this week lets go for 5!
