once upon a time every night before bed i would say my prayers... "now i lay me down to sleep, if i should die before i wake, i pray the lord my soul to take..." and while this was simple way back when, i find myself theses days having less and less time for complicated prayers or magic spells. simply put, the word 'OM' (which rhymes with home) will do just as well as it beholds enough power to carry you through your day. typically i find myself engaging in a bit of internal "OM"ing as im not sure it would go over so well sitting in my cubicle... nonetheless i highly suggest it!
